Today I baked cakes...real cakes too!
I have made banana cake...I doubled the recipe coz I had heaps of really ripe bananas, so ma
naged to make 2 cakes. So one cake was plain banana and then I added white chocolate chunks to the other half of the mix.
Then I made a yummy carrot cake. Complete with delicious cream cheese frosting.
Too much cake for just me and Matt so most of it will go in the freezer...great for when visitors pop in.
