This is the end result of the kick arse sized mud cake I was cooking yesterday...12 inches in diameter, 500gms butter, 500gms chocolate and over 1kg of castor sugar!!!!The top cake... a white chocolate mud cake, heart shaped.
I made the cake for my neighbour's daughter.
Brittany is 18 years old tomorrow, the party is tonight. Her Mum says she is a bit of a princess so the cake needed to have a tiara on it.

That is awesome! I'd want a slice that cut through both the top and bottom cake so I got a bit of each! I can't believe you used a KILO of caster sugar! Holy crap! The tiara is not for the princess it's for the tooth fairy!
