Busselton

Hubby and I have just had a couple of lovely days in Busselton.

We lapped it up and stayed in style at Abbey Beach Resort.
It was rather nice and very relaxing.
We wandered around Busselton and had a look at the jetty...no we did not walk to the end and back!
The weather was beautiful, nice and sunny, a bit chilly thanks to the wind... but enjoyable.

We have had a footpath put in along the front of our place. We have lived in our 'new' house for 4 years and now they decide to put in a footpath! What a mess they have created. First they dig up the front lawn, retic and all... we will fix it up the workers assure us! We already had a concrete driveway, but no that isn't good enough for their footpath. So they cut and pull out a huge section. Can't see the logic in that... pull up perfectly good concrete to be replaced with more concrete...??! Anyway, while they were pulling out the section of driveway they have damaged what is left...only minutely, but it looks tacky now... they best be fixing that too. Why oh why couldn't the footpath have been put in when the estate was first established...before the garden went in??
